Shipping Policy
At NeedInk.pk, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how and when your items will be delivered.
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Please note: During high-volume sales periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days for major cities, and up to 7 business days for remote areas.
Payment Methods (Including COD)
We accept standard online payment methods as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

If you choose COD, please ensure that exact change is available at the time of delivery to speed up the process.

For COD orders, our courier partner will contact you before delivery. Please ensure your provided phone number is active.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
NeedInk.pk is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at info@needink.pk.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@needink.pk with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will address the issue promptly.

Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement for several days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate with the courier.
