For Pakistan Orders

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are usually processed and shipped on the same business day through a registered courier service.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders received on Sundays or Pakistan's public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Standard delivery time is 1–5 working days (no deliveries on Sundays).
• During peak shopping seasons, promotional campaigns, or mega sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number (where available) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
